1. User Responsibility
You agree to use JobNotes responsibly. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the system, including job application details, notes, and community posts.
2. Provided "As-Is" Without Warranties
JobNotes is provided "as-is" and without any warranties or guarantees of uptime, speed, or zero data loss. We do not provide official service level guarantees.
3. Keep Your Own Backups
Given the local-first design of the app, users are encouraged to maintain their own external backups for highly important application records. We do not guarantee data recovery in the event of local browser storage failures.
4. Stream Community Rules (Anti-Abuse)
When using the community Stream, you must not engage in abuse, including spamming, harassment, posting illegal content, sharing fake or scam job postings, or distributing malicious links.
5. Moderation Rights
JobNotes reserves the right to moderate, hide, or permanently remove any content on the public Stream that violates community rules or is reported as inappropriate.
6. External Links & Hiring Disclaimer
JobNotes is not responsible for the outcomes of your job applications, the validity of third-party job offers, or the contents of external websites linked by users. You should always verify job details independently before applying or sharing sensitive data.
7. Dynamic Project Evolution
JobNotes is in active evolution. Features and tools may be updated, modified, or retired over time as code changes occur.
